2007年に作ったアルファベット・ブックのJの文字。長い農家生活の後、55歳で庭師になった父へのオマージュであり、子供の頃に窓から見た、右手に美しい菜園、左手に墓地という景色、我々を養う土地と休んでいる土地へのオマージュでもある。
It's the letter J in the alphabet book I made in 2007. It's a tribute to my father who, after a long life as a farmer, became a gardener at the age of 55. I'm also referring to the view I had from my window when I was a child, overlooking a beautiful vegetable garden to the right and a cemetery to the left, the land that feeds us and the land where we rest.
